PrestoServ RDC specializes in database services for small and medium size businesses.Databases served include Microsoft Access, MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, and complex spreadsheets.
The foundation for all of this is a well-designed DATA MODEL, which we build in the Erwin data modeling tool by Quest Software. Then this model is presented to the customer in "Entity Relationship Diagram" (ERD) format to serve as the vehicle for discussions before a project proceeds to next steps.
A separate business area, Ray Daugherty Consulting, provides accounting services, including expert assistance with Intuit QuickBooks -- both Desktop and Online. Income tax returns are prepared using the ProConnect Tax Online Program by Intuit.
